I had a great experience with the service department here. I purchased a new tire and tube for my motorcycle on Amazon. Not having the right tools or still as I damaged the inner tube and needed it replaced. I tried a few smaller local shops and no one wanted to touch it. I was pleasantly surprised by that action Motorsports service department gladly replaced the tube for me at a very reasonable price. Not only did they take on the repair but they had it done in 20 minutes while I waited. I will use them for all of my repairs going forward. We are also planning to buy some new dual sport motorcycles in the next year so they will surely have my business.

I recently bought a Sea-Doo GTX 170 PWC and was very pleased with the experience. Tyler and Bryan were outstanding and extremely helpful. This was my first PWC so I had a million questions but they both patiently answered them completely. I was glad that they never tried to “ upsell “ me but gave me their honest opinions on what options or accessories would be the most necessary. Their follow up to my calls and/or emails were very prompt. I want to give 5 stars but i’m holding back at the moment to insure my post purchase and maintenance service experience is as stellar as my purchase experience was
